Dt. Rüstem Hacıbeyoğlu was born in Guba, Azerbaijan, and completed his primary and high school education at the Russian school in Guba. He successfully graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Dentistry in 2013. He served in his own practice in Malatya between 2019-2022 and started working in our institution since 2023. The physician, who speaks advanced Russian, closely follows current approaches and training in his field. Additionally, as a former national athlete, he has achieved many successes and degrees in professional wrestling at home and abroad for 14 years.
