Dentist İzel Aydınoğlu was born in İzmit Kocaeli and completed her primary education at Atafen College and her high school education at Kocaeli Science High School.

She graduated from Trakya University Dentistry Department, which she entered in 2016, in 2021. During her student years, she was the chairman of the board of directors of the Dentistry Student Community and organized events with social aid institutions and doctors of the world. She worked in polyclinics in Körfez and İzmit in 2021 and 2024.

She has been a dental diagnostic consultant at the American-based Artificial Intelligence company since 2022. She speaks English with professional competence.

She has been receiving her doctorate in orthodontics in addition to her clinic work since 2025.
She has started working at Uzman Diş Grup since 2025.
